From its floor-to-ceiling glass walls, you can admire the views of the sea and the serene neighborhood. It is especially attractive when the sun shines, lovely colors stretch from the mountain peaks all the way to the Adriatic archipelago. The kitchen and a living area have an exit to a terrace with a turquoise pool.

The sleeping area on the first floor consists of 3 modern and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with a magical sea view of the Riviera.

An outdoor pool can be heated, which is excellent for the guests coming in preseason and postseason. The terrace is protected from curious glances. The sundeck is equipped with lounge chairs, ideal for sunbathing.
