On the ground floor of the villa is a large living room with a dining area (124 m2) which has a big sliding door to a large terrace (65 m2) with outdoor furniture where you can admire the beautiful sea view. In the lower level are a pool terrace, sauna, and a partly covered swimming pool. On the first level, there are two luxurious sea view bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with twin beds. On the second floor, its place has found the third bedroom with a double bed. Each bedroom has a shower/toilet, a French balcony, LCD TV, and air conditioning.

The Luxury Residence Ocean Dream I in Primošten has fitness equipment. You can have a variety of services to feel royal, like a chef or cook service, excursions, laundry, and ironing service, babysitting, daily maid service, etc. Spa treatment is free.
