The Villa Simply the Best is situated on a 1500 m² large property and it consists of two parts - a large, residential building, where 3 apartments and a smaller building with a swimming pool are situated. The pool (100 m²) is completely designed for the comfortable enjoyment of all the beauties of summer days and nights.

Villa Simply the Best has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 14 people.

This summer Villa gives you so needed privacy that is not always easy to find. The residential building of luxury Villa Simply the Best has 3 suites and it covers an area of 450 m², which is spread over two floors: the first floor and the second floor.

On the first floor of the residential building, there are two identical luxury apartments, which have separate entrances and each of them has its own, modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, with a cozy and modern living room with a leather sofa and LCD satellite TV, DVD and CD devices. The sliding glass door leads onto the terrace. Here, you will find a  carefully decorated area with outdoor furniture where you will enjoy your first-morning coffee and the amazing view of the crystal blue sea. Each apartment has two bedrooms, one is equipped with a double bed, and the other with bunk beds for 2 children. Each apartment has a bathroom with a shower.

The exterior staircase leads to the second level of this villa. On this floor, there is another luxury apartment, which covers an area of 125 m². Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a modern living room with a leather sofa that can serve as a comfortable extra bed. The most interesting place of this area is for sure a fireplace and comfortable sofas where you can relax after a long walk around the center of the town of Primošten. This apartment has one more feature - a spacious terrace (40 m²) equipped with teak garden furniture, where you will enjoy the morning sun while you are reading a relaxing book or the latest news.  This spacious apartment also has 3 bedrooms; two of them with double beds and one with bunk beds for 2 children and a bathroom with a massage shower.

The main feature of this Villa is the pool area (10 m x 5 m x 1.80 m),  which is surrounded by comfortable seating furniture, sun umbrellas and lounge chairs for relaxing in the warm rays of the sun. Here, you will find so much needed peace as you experience the beauty of pure relaxation in the refreshment of the pool.You can also find outdoor grill where you can prepare culinary delights and enjoy tasting some famous wines from this region. There is also a dining area with a table and chairs, and bathroom with a shower.
