Luxury Posh Villas are located in Marina seaside village in Central Dalmatia. They are perched on a small hill overlooking protected Poljica Bay, Marina and Pralisce beach. The property is protected by mountains from the north and west side. The location promises a lot since it is placed between historic Trogir town (13.5 km by car) and picturesque Rogoznica (13.3 km by car). Wonderful Primosten town with the best beaches in the region is just 25 km away.

Luxury Villa Posh Plum with Pool
Luxury Villa Posh Plum is the first of the triplex villas in Marina. It stretches on 3 floors with an impressive 355 m2 and offers a relaxing sea view. This vacation home has 4 bedrooms and accepts up to 8 persons. Additional bed is a baby cot/cots (on request).

An outdoor swimming pool of 32 m2 has a heating option which is great for the people coming in the preseason and in the postseason. Moreover, has the floor heating around the pool. The outdoor pool is oriented toward the southwest and is placed in the sun, so you can completely relax while soaking up the sun on the beachchairs. An outdoor shower will provide an additional refreshment after your swimming session.

Luxury Villa Posh Cherry is the second accommodation in the row, located between Luxury Villa Posh Plum and Luxury Villa Posh Lemon. It has the biggest surface of 426 m2.

The villa also has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 toilet and it can perfectly accommodate up to 8 persons, like each villa. It offers 3 outdoor private parking places. This luxury home differs from 2 other villas because it has an indoor swimming pool, while two other villas have outdoor pools. Also, this mansion has an entertainment room (pictures below).

What to do in Marina?
Marina is a small seaside village that offers plenty of possibilities to have an amazing holiday! The Marina beach, Prališće beach, Tunjara beach, and Poljica beach are the best known in the area. Marina beach is the closest, 150 m from the property. Prališće beach is located some 200 meters from the villas, Tunjara beach is 650 meters away. Poljica beach is 1.3 from the Posh villas.

To explore the area we recommend renting a car, to be able to visit nearby Rogoznica, Primosten and Trogir. Nearby villages such as Vinisce, Sevid, Poljica, Zagora (Vrsine, Dograde, Gustirna, Najevi, Pozorac, Blizna).
To adventurers, we recommend renting a bike or hiking to the church on the nearby mountain.
