The entire plot spreads over 1000 m2. On the ground floor, you will immediately notice a very bright open-concept living room and a modern kitchen with a dining area. It opens up to the alfresco dining area and the pool terrace with the sunbathing platform.

The large terrace is perfect for family socializing and sharing meals prepared in the big wooden barbecue. Next to it, there is a playground for children.

UNESCO protected towns of Trogir and Split are just tenish minute drive which makes them an ideal place for a visit. Also, the marina is 2 kilometers from the villa so you can easily get on a boat visit the islands of Brac or Hvar.
