For those interested in history we recommend the Batana Eco-Museum. Rovinj Batana is a traditional boat from the area that resembles a Venetian gondola. You can even book a tour and ride around the Old town.

Another symbol is the Old tobacco factory which served as the facility for supplying officers of the Austro-Hungarian army with cigarettes. Today it is the location of the Weekend Media Festival which takes place each year in Autumn.
