Golden Horn (Zlatni rat) Beach in Bol

Golden Horn Beach is one of the most famous Croatian beaches in the world. This pebbled beach, located in Bol, got its name due to the hornlike shape that extends into the sea. An interesting thing about the beach is that its peak changes shape depending on the direction of the wind and the waves. The beach features public toilets, showers, changing booths, restaurants, and bars. Here you can also rent sun umbrellas, sun loungers, and all sorts of beach and sea equipment. For the youngest, there is a children's playground available.

Martinica beach

Less known beach, Martinica, is located on the east side of Bol. It is also called the "home beach" because the locals prefer it over the Golden Horn beach. The beach is highly recommended for families with smaller kids because of the gentle entry into the sea and because during the summer, swimming courses are held on the beach. Near the beach, there is a beach bar and a restaurant in the courtyard of the monastery that overlooks the beach and provides shade in the afternoon hours.

Lovrecina beach

Lovrečina beach is a beautiful sandy beach, on the northern side of the island. The beach is surrounded by a pine forest and offers natural shade on hot summer days. The beach features a café bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks.

Bistrica beach
