  • Our final recommendation goes to Sofra, a traditional Bosnian restaurant with an authentic Bosnian atmosphere. Bosnian cuisine is quite different from the continental Croatian cuisine despite the fact that Croatia and Bosnia are neighboring countries. Bosnian dishes are influenced by Turkish cuisine as Bosnia was under the rule of the Ottoman Empire for centuries.
