Corona Full Refund - We’ve decided to make full refunds available to customers booking from 15th May 2020 until further notice.

You will receive a full refund if

  1. You decide to cancel up to 14 days in advance of your holiday start date where the official decision of your country of residence (ministry) forbids "all but essential travel” to Croatia.
  2. You decide to cancel up to 14 days in advance of your holiday start date in the event of border closures or flights being suspended.
  3. In case of travel restrictions up to 13 days in advance of your holiday start Agency is obligated to issue the credit voucher in the amount of traveler's payment to the agency. The Traveler needs to use the said credit voucher within 18 months from the date of issue of the voucher for the accommodation originally booked. In case the originally booked accommodation is not available at the desired period there is a possibility of transferring to alternative accommodation according to the Traveler wishes. New accommodation needs to be in the same price range as originally booked. 

The terms below apply to the latter:

  • Customers cannot request a cancellation for any other reason. If this happens more than 14 days before your holiday, you will receive a full refund.
  • By far the majority of our holiday homes are covered under our full-refund offer. A handful are not because the holiday principal (usually the homeowner) has not agreed to participate. 
  • Our Villa Specialists will notify you about each villa/holiday home you are interested in.

If you have a booking made before 15th May 2020 our standard General Terms for cancellation will be applied.

UPGRADED STRONG HEALTH AND SANITATION MEASURES!

All our villas are implementing additional disinfection measures and upgraded sanitation procedures following the newest recommendation and instructions provided by the World Health Organization in order to keep all indoor and outdoor spaces of the villa clean and safe.

In partnership with villa owners, we committed to including additional sanitation protocols and disinfection measures to ensure creating 100% the safe and clean environment in your holiday villa and make you spend your holiday at peace of mind!

Besides standard cleaning protocols, we are implementing the following measures:

  • Adherence to the highest standards of cleanliness for all guests and  the villa-staff
  • Rigorous cleaning procedure with certified cleaning products and disinfection 
  • Frequent cleaning and disinfecting all touched surfaces, from door handles to furniture, remote controls to any touch area in villa
  • Detailed cleaning and sanitation of all indoor and outdoor areas in-between guests stay
  • Use of EPA-registered disinfectants and alcohol solution with at least 70% alcohol 
  • Cleaning of soft surfaces, such as carpets and curtains using soap and warm water or with cleaners appropriate for use on these surfaces, and after drying up disinfection by disinfectants
  • Exchange of all towels and bed linens in-between guests stay
  • Cleaning service on demand as well as the change of towels and linen during the stay
  • Detailed cleaning of all kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils and cutlery, including safe sanitation 
  • Securing the proper room ventilation  to let the fresh air flow through all rooms / to increase air circulation 
  • Social distance and use of protective masks and disposable gloves, frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizers and overall enhanced hygiene of villa staff 
  • Providing cleaning  products and sanitizing products for the guest’s use
  • Regular pool maintenance and garden maintenance following sanitation protocols

Staying in a private villa by definition brings fewer social contacts.

  • In addition, if you would like to keep your social contacts with others at a minimum, we are providing safe food and beverage delivery on a daily basis, with no physical contact, and in a safe manner. 
  • Moreover, all villa staff is trained with the latest safety instructions and obliged to wear protective gloves and masks, as well as keeping the physical distance. 
  • Social distancing is easy to keep when staying in a private villa and we implemented more contactless services to keep this level high and safe.
