The Sea Sound Festival Croatia 2024
The Sea Sound Festival (formerly Seasplash Festival) is a big open-air festival held at the end of July at Martinska Cape just across Sibenik. Seas Sound is a mixture of acts and genres: reggae, ska, jungle, drum ‘n’ bass, dubstep and electro, and much more! Each year, both local and international artists take part. In 2024, it will be held on 18-21 July on numerous larger, medium-sized, and smaller stages, exclusively using ‘custom-made’ sound systems.

Dalmatian Chanson Evenings
Dalmatian Chanson Evenings is a Sibenik Festival held in August. It's located on the Republic of Croatia Square in front of the Cathedral of St. James. The festival has received many acknowledgments for its good quality music and performers. Festival is all about live performances of the best Croatian artists, composers, and songwriters followed by orchestra and choir.

The Medieval Fair Sibenik
The Medieval Fair in Sibenik is an event held in September that captures old traditions, costumes, way of speaking and acting, and everyday lifestyle from Sibenik's golden age. For a few days, the whole town becomes exceptionally awake, people live and act in the spirit of their history, it's a really unique experience. The most fun part would probably be actually watching epic fights they used to have back then.

Light is Life event in Sibenik
This manifestation is held every year on the 28th of August. It celebrates the opening of world's first Hydropower plant in Sibenik. In honor of this event, streets get decorated with 2D blue light fishes, statues, monuments, and blue lightning, and the sea is full of blue enlighted sailboats. At 10 pm night sky is illuminated with wonderful fireworks. DJ and live music accompany the whole event.

Regius Summer Music Festival
Regius Summer Music Festival is a two-day music festival. It's located in a unique location, cape Martinska. The Festival welcomes many actual artists from Croatia, the region, and entire Europe. The special charm of this festival is the hidden beaches with a beautiful view of the old town and a stunning pine forest. Music at the festival is a mix of rock, punk, ska, reggae, rap, dub, DnB, dubstep, grime, and trance genre. This festival aims to fight nationalism and to create stronger bonds between young adults from one region. In 2024, it will be held on 12-13 of July.

Klapske Veceri (a cappella singing)
Klapske Veceri is a manifestation held Every Thursday in July, August, and mid-September on the square in the Old Town of Sibenik. The goal of this manifestation is to improve and give a push to the tradition of listening to Klapa (a cappella singing) music.

Barone Summer Cinema
Barone Summer Cinema is an open-air cinema on Barone Fortress. It is the best pick for domestic as well as international movies. It's held every Wednesday and Saturday for children.

SHIP Festival 2024
SHIP is a music festival held in Sibenik, Croatia. It's a new event in September, from 17th to 19th September. Sibenik will welcome many singers and upcoming artists from all around the world. During the day conferences will be held, while in the afternoon there will be concerts presented by domestic as well as foreign artists until late at night.

Cathedral of St. James Sibenik
St. James Cathedral in Sibenik, Croatia, is a Catholic basilica. It is the most important architectural monument of the Renaissance in the entire country. This Cathedral is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Also, the famous series Game of Thrones was actually filmed in this same cathedral.

St. Nicholas fortress near Sibenik
St. Nicholas Fortress is situated at the entrance to St. Anthony Channel. It was built to protect the city of Sibenik from the Ottoman Navy by Venetians. It is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

St. Michael’s fortress in the center of Sibenik
St. Michael’s fortress is in the center of Sibenik. It is situated on a steep hill above the old part of the city. The location was continuously occupied since the Iron Age, according to numerous archaeological findings from the era. It is open for sightseeing and for events in the open. Its best feature is its view of the Sibenik archipelago.

St. John's fortress in Sibenik
The fortress was named after a medieval church dedicated to St. John the Baptist. Together with the Barone Fortress, it was built during the Cretan War. The fortress was built in only 58 days by the people of Šibenik with their own hands and materials. It has a spectacular view of the town.

Barone fortress
Barone Fortress was built in 1646 on the 80-meter hill above the city. It is also a part of the Sibenik defense system. Barone Fortress is the place where you can witness Sibenik's history using the AR device and see grand battles against the Ottomans during the Cretan War.

Jadrija Beach is a beach in Sibenik with a special look. It is over 100 years old, and it is recognizable by its numerous, rainbow-colored doors which actually used to be fishermen's house doors. Around the beach, you can also find a cafe bar, and a restaurant.

National park Krka
Krka is a river near Sibenik and it is famous for its many waterfalls. It is also a National park. Not only will you see wonderful nature, but you can also take a swim near the waterfalls on these hot summery days.
