Fresh scampi and the simplest possible approach to cooking guarantee a delicious lunch.

Scampi on Buzara can be prepared in several ways: head-on, tail-on, or peeled scampi. Of course, leaving the shells on when stewing makes for a delicious sauce just perfect for dipping with crusty bread.
There are few fresh ingredients, little cooking, and immense taste.
Ingredients for Scampi on Buzara
Simple ingredients make a great lunch
To enjoy this seafood specialty like a true Dalmatian, here are the magical ingredients for Scampi on the Buzara:
- 700g - 1000g of fresh scampi
- 3-4 large spoons of olive oil
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 dl pureed tomatoes
- 2 dl of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (optional, not necessary, not used in this recipe)
- salt, pepper
We recommend you use a larger pot to distribute the scampi nicely and cook evenly.
Recipe for Scampi on Buzara
Here's a full recipe you should follow for perfect scampi on buzara!
Add 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil to a pot.
Add finely chopped onion, and after a few minutes add garlic and fry until slightly golden.
Use a wide pan to fry onion and garlic in olive oil
Add the chopped fresh tomato and finely chopped parsley.
You can feel the gorgeous scent even through the picture, especially when hungry!
When everything has been simmered for a short time, place the scampi in the pot and cover everything with white wine.
When you put scampi with vegetables, the picture gets even more beautiful
Then add pureed tomato, and salt and pepper.
Add the salt carefully as the scampi are already salty and will release the salt into the sauce.
Stir, then cover everything with water and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
Put all ingredients together, add some love, and cook shortly to get the magic
Cook the pasta al dente and add it to the sauce with scampi, so that the pasta absorbs this wonderful sauce.
You can also serve polenta as a side dish if you prefer.
And voila, that is it, quick scampi on buzara in 30ish minutes!
Serve lunch and enjoy the taste of the sea
